President/Founder

Lance C. Starr

Lance C. Starr is the founder and president of Lance C. Starr, LLC. Mr. Starr received his law degree from the Brigham Young University in 2004.

He worked as a legal assistant in a prosecutor’s office before starting his own firm in 2006. Since that time he has represented more than 5000 clients in various immigration and criminal matters.

Mr. Starr concentrates his practice on representing immigration clients before the immigration court and the criminal courts of Utah. He excels at representing clients with criminal matters and takes pride in his ability to resolve his client’s criminal concerns in a way that does not jeopardize his client’s immigration status.

He has represented clients before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Utah Court of Appeals. Mr. Starr is fluent in Spanish.

Li Chen Hollander

Li Chen Hollander earned her degree in Law School and Political Science from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru in 2005.

She worked as a litigator for a private law firm taking criminal, civil, and administrative cases in Peru. She has worked over 200 hundred cases per year since 2005 in between Government entities and private corporations.

As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, she focuses exclusively on immigration cases. Li specialized in Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, U Visas, VAWA, Consular Processing, Waivers, Fiancé Petitions, Naturalization, NACARA, Deferred Action, Work Permits, Asylum, Advance Parole; FOIA, and other immigration related cases.

Li is a Spanish speaker, but she also speaks French and some basic Mandarin. She works with strong ethical native values and enjoys helping people in the community and providing individual care for each and every client that she can help with to get a best result as possible.
